While out running some errands Hubby and I decided to stop for lunch
not wanting the same thing as we normally go out for we decided to give Dexter Bar~B~Que a try, The aroma when you enter the door just gets your taste buds going.
I tried The Wednesday Special~ Chicken Dinner which includes 1 side dish and a slice of Texas Toast, Oh boy was it delicious , moist and just the right amount of seasoning on the outer skin . Which I recommend that you try . Hubby ordered the Large Rib Dinner
= 5 ribs, 2 side dishes and Texas Toast, though he did mention were a tad bit dry but with some extra BBQ sauce they were very good
I heard other patrons in the place tell me that the Catfish was excellent and very good. I love Catfish so that will be my next choice
our next trip there. Oh and the Baked Beans are very good as well
The Waitstaff greeted us when we came in and took our Order at the front counter you get a number and seat yourself and they will bring your meal too you, Several times we were checked on to see if we needed anything, very courteous and polite.
They offer a variety of Sandwiches as well if your not much into
BBQ .
